gifs and graphics
a collection of cute animal crossing pixels. pretty much every entity in the game has its own sprite, and these sprites are free to use as long as you don't hotlink/direct link or use them in a reputation-damaging way.
a search engine by the internet archive to find gifs off of geocities. good for finding those crunchy, vintage, finely aged 3 frame gifs.
artist tools
figure drawing site. you can choose what kind of poses you want, set a timer, and get to drawing. a very decent replacement for life drawing classes if you aren't able to do them. contains nude photos, but you can choose clothed figures only.
a website with characters models you can intricately pose, specifically designed for artists to use as reference. there's different models, preset poses, and lots of different props. no download required, which is super nice. a lot of the features are locked behind a paywall, but if you're just looking for what is essentially an online art doll, this works great.
other resources
a site where you can find royalty free stock photos. warning - anyone can upload to this website, and a lot of people upload AI slop. you'll need to have the discernment to comb through some garbage, but you can find some good photos to use in your projects.
